Street flavours, brought home

Why we do what we do, and how two kitchens in Amsterdam Zuid came to be.

We travelled across China, learned from street vendors and family kitchens, and brought those flavours home to Amsterdam. No shortcuts, plenty of chilli, always fresh from the wok.

Brought from home

China Supreme started with a simple idea: the food we grew up on, on busy streets and at the family table, made honestly and served warm. We buy local, cook fresh and never take a shortcut.
