Hand-pulled wide wheat noodles with braised pork, tomato-egg sauce, pak choi, black-vinegar dressing, chilli oil, spring onion and garlic.
Spicy cold chicken
Poached chicken in Sichuan chilli oil with peanuts, sesame, spring onion, coriander and fresh chilli. Numbing, fragrant, addictive.
Sichuan Dan Dan
Springy noodles in a deep chilli-and-sesame broth with minced pork, peanuts, spring onion and a tingling hit of Sichuan pepper.
